Ginny Goldman

Board Treasurer

Ginny Goldman works in various capacities to advance progressive politics in her home state of Texas, including as co-chair of the Texas Right to Vote Network, advisor to Beto O'Rourke's historic senate race and as senior advisor to Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. She’s the co-founder and former executive director of the Texas Organizing Project (TOP), a grassroots membership organization of over 285,000 members and supporters, anchored in communities of color and the leading voter-turn-out organization in the state.

Ginny is currently a senior fellow at the Amalgamated Foundation where she leads the Organizing Resilience initiative—bringing her decades of expertise in disaster response to a new national approach that equips progressives to address both the humanitarian and political crises that unfold in the aftermath of climate disasters.

Ginny lives in Houston with her husband Ross and her two awesome sons, Jack and Edward.
